We will take the lift up to Giba Park to enjoy stunning Harbour views then wander through the streets past early houses, pubs and schools to the former Colonial Sugar Refinery site. The walk then descends the dramatic sandstone escarpment created from years of quarrying the stone to build many of Sydney’s most notable colonial era buildings, through one of the quarries and on to the Fish Markets.
